Trauma Therapy
A Safe, Steady Space to Heal and Reclaim Your Life
Trauma therapy provides a compassionate and attuned environment to process overwhelming experiences, rebuild a sense of safety, and restore connection with yourself. We support clients moving through chronic stress, relational trauma, childhood wounds, complex PTSD, identity disconnection, and patterns that developed in response to overwhelming experiences.
Therapy is paced gently, compassionately, and always in partnership with your nervous system—not against it.

What to Expect in Trauma Therapy:
A Pace that Honors Your Nervous System
We move slowly and intentionally—never forcing disclosure or emotional intensity before you are ready. Our pace is guided by your comfort, helping you feel grounded and supported every step of the way.
Establishing Safety & Stability
Early sessions often focus on grounding, building internal resources, emotional regulation & distress tolerance skills, and reducing overwhelm so you feel steady enough for deeper trauma work.
Collaborative Treatment Approach
You guide the pace. We’ll check in regularly, tailor interventions to your comfort, and use tools that support—not pressure—you.
Integration & Long-Term Support
As our work together progresses, we work on integration, identity rebuilding, emotional resilience, and creating new patterns that align with your values and goals.
