Do you take insurance?
YES! I currently accept Premera, Lifewise, Aetna, and Medicaid (Apple Health) insurances.
Do you offer sliding scale rates?
YES! I want to make my services as accessible as possible, but I have limited sliding scale spaces. Please don't hesitate to reach out if you have any questions!
How does pay work?
Your insurance plan will include a co-pay for services that you will have to pay for each visit. You may have a deductible that needs to be met, in which case you would pay the full fee amount ($140) until the deductible is met, then you would start paying your co-pay amount for sessions. The co-pay amount will be charged to your card the following week.
For those who are private-pay, your fee amount would be charged to your card at the end of the day of your session.
What can I expect from a consultation?
A consultation is for us to get to know each other better and see if we're a good fit! I would love to know why you're looking for therapy this time around and if you've been to therapy before- what has been helpful for you and what hasn't been!
I will talk a bit about my style and approach to therapy, and you can ask all the questions you want! If you're interested in moving forward with therapy, we can review scheduling, payment options, and go over what the first session will look like. :)
